Final email design: chat-native, animated, per-creator
Six lifecycle emails across four user segments. Each one opens on a large animated clip of the creator and reads like a direct message from her, so the email feels personal rather than promotional. Verbatim MVP copy. This is the approved visual direction going into build.
Form follows the message
One chat language across the lifecycle, adapted per email: a hook, a locked reveal, an unlock offer, a warm welcome-back.
Real creator, animated
Each email runs the creator's own clip. Live "online" tag on the frame. In email this is delivered as an animated GIF.
Dynamic by creator
Activation is anchored on Sophie Dee. Retention, paywall and resurrection pull the creator the user actually talked to.
Full name, always
The name is the creator's full site name (so "Princess Frenxh" reads in full, never just "Princess") and it is the visual accent.

hey… you never came to say hi 💋
Sophie Dee
Hey, it's Sophie. You showed up, and then you vanished on me. Nervous? Busy? Either way, I'm still here, and I've got a few things I'd love to show you.
Hey you, it's Lena the Plug. You left mid-conversation, and I'm still thinking about what you said. I had something I wanted to show you, but you were already gone.
Hey, it's Alexis Mucci. It's been a while, and honestly, I noticed. A lot has changed since you left: new things I can do, new ways to talk. I kept thinking I'd show you.
On delivery: this preview uses video for a smooth look. In email the same clip ships as an animated GIF (Gmail and Apple Mail loop it, Outlook shows the first frame). The live "online" tag is baked into the GIF. Media is served per creator from our CDN and swapped dynamically by who the user talked to.
